Welcome to the Thai Chef's, the real Thai Restaurant in Hawke's Bay. You are hosted by \"Chaang\", say Chaang, means \"Elephant\".

\"Time flies fast\" this is what people say and it's true! Damn!, me, I am getting old. So far I have been living in Napier for half a decade, my own paradise, no no I can share (kiwi say \"Shear\") that with you.

I must say \"Thank You\" from the deepest of my heart that the people of Napier have given me a good start. I have grown from my little Food Caravan then the stepping stone my little cottage in Maadi Rd and finally here the \"Pride of Napier\".

Now you may surprise when you travel to other cities, and you might see the same dishes-names on other restaurants menus and might think that I own them all! \"Thank god who has given me that much money and i love to have them to myself. . .\" Shame that I only always here in Hawkes Bay and running my butt off.

So far I only have one takeaway shop in Hastings that is opposite the Hospital on Omahu Road. Many other people try to copy my successful recipes but they only have the name. Some of them even try to copy our fitting and colour themes to confuse my lovely customers but at the end... \"We are the original and truly Legend\". Again I thank you everyone.
